Welcome to ITS (Item Trade & Sell), a website based in Canada. By accessing or using our website at itemsellhub.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About ITS

ITS (Item Trade & Sell) is a price comparison platform for Roblox-related goods including virtual currency, accounts, items, top-ups, gift cards, and boosting services. We function similarly to a search engine or price aggregator — we do not sell, buy, or transfer any goods ourselves, and we do not process payments on behalf of any party. We simply display listings from third-party sellers to help users compare prices and find deals.

2. Eligibility

The Site is open to users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and to connect any third-party accounts (such as Roblox, Discord, or Google). By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. No Payment Processing

ITS does not process, hold, or facilitate any financial transactions. All purchases, transfers, and payments are made directly between users and third-party sellers on their respective platforms. ITS is not responsible for any transaction, dispute, loss, or harm that arises from dealings between buyers and sellers.

4. Third-Party Sellers

Listings displayed on ITS are provided by independent third-party sellers. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of any listing. You use any third-party seller at your own risk. ITS is not a party to any agreement between you and a seller.

5. Account Connections

ITS allows you to connect third-party accounts (Roblox, Discord, Google) to your ITS profile for the purpose of identification and personalization. By connecting an account, you authorize ITS to access the basic profile information permitted by that platform’s OAuth2 scope. We do not access your passwords or any information beyond what is explicitly authorized.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our listings or data without permission
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Violate Roblox’s Terms of Service or any applicable platform rules

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including design, text, graphics, and code is owned by ITS or its licensors. ITS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any listings are accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, ITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transactions conducted through third-party sellers found on the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
